I only accept payments by Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards) at the moment.

Paypal is super easy to use, secure and you don't even have to have an account, you can simply pay with your credit card.

If for any reason you need to cancel or change an order, I require notice within 24 hours of purchase. (Only if it hasn't yet been shipped) I will refund both your purchase price and shipping costs. Please convo me as soon as possible regarding a canceled order. Custom orders are only able to be canceled if I yet purchased the required materials, otherwise, they cannot be canceled.

It is a unique gift for Ramadan, Eid, Hajj, Umrah, Wedding, Birthday and any other special occasion.
Tashbih seen on pictures will be sent as a promotional gift. (Tasbih color may change subject to avalibility.)
You will have clear acerate box, ribbon for free of charge with the prayer mat.

Shipping:
I always aim to ship your item to you within 2 days of your payment clearing.
All items will be posted from London.
Orders are usually shipped out within next working days after the payment is confirmed.
Normally it will take nationwide 1-4 business days to receive depending on your location. Actual transit time may vary depending the courier.
If you require insurance, confirmation, international shipping etc, please convo me before purchasing an item with your specific shipping request.

Thanks for your order. Please check whether it has any damage or function problem, if so, just contact us, please be assured that we will take full responsibility.
Defective items or problems with your order should be told within 3 days after receiving.
Returns is accepted but please note that buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Cost. Please contact us before taking any action.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Your complete satisfaction is paramount-I aim to provide excellent customer service!

For refunds and exchanges, please send me a convo within 7 days of receipt of article.
Refunds are made provided I receive the item unworn, and in the condition it was originally sent. All returns MUST be sent with a tracking number, preferably using Post Office Delivery Confirmation or if from outside the U.K, some identification to track the item.

In most cases, sale items and custom made pieces are not returnable. However, if you are less than thrilled with your purchase I would be happy for you to contact me so we can work something out.

✿In the unlikely event that your package is lost, I will refund/replace your purchase ONLY if it was sent with insurance (see shipping section above for more details).

Original shipping costs are refundable, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping of all items being refunded or exchanged.

Please don't hesitate to ask for a listed item in a different color, and let me know if you are interested in something special. I am always happy to help and make a custom item. A deposit of half the total is required after the style specifics are agreed on, the remainder to be paid upon completion.
You will be notified when the item is ready to ship.
